15. Subscription and Renewal
Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CuChat be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, even if CuChat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
18. Force Majeure
CuChat shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of the Service to the extent caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, power or internet outages, failures of Third-Party Services, or other events outside CuChat's reasonable control.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CuChat and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and successors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the website or services, your violation of these Terms and Conditions, or your violation of any rights of another party.

For all Disputes, you must first give us an opportunity to cure or resolve the Dispute.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the use of CuChat's services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the jurisdiction in which CuChat is incorporated, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published on our website, constitute the entire agreement between you and CuChat concerning your use of the website and services. They are severable and may be assigned by us in connection with a merger or sale.
